Since diving into the marine industry in 2015, she has built an impressive portfolio, starting with her initiation through a Marine Navigation Officer course. This foundational experience set her on a path to serve on various sizes of bulk carriers, traversing international waters with a strong command and assurance. Her extensive time at sea has equipped her with a deep-rooted understanding of maritime operations, navigation, and safety protocols, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex maritime situations with ease and proficiency. In her quest to further solidify her expertise, she pursued a Marine Engineering program at the Nova Scotia Nautical Institute (NSCC), the oldest and most esteemed nautical institute in Canada. Her hard work and dedication culminated in her graduating with honors, a clear indication of her passion and skill in the field. She has also made her mark in the offshore industry in Canada and has been actively involved in operations within the Great Lakes, showcasing her adaptability and diverse experience in the marine sector. Currently, she is continuing her academic journey, undertaking a Master’s degree in Maritime Management at Memorial University of Newfoundland, highlighting her unwavering commitment to contributing to and uplifting the Canadian marine industry.
